SPHERES Engagement Plan

Step 1: Take the Health Career Sphere on the Right ----->

Step 2: Once you have determined your strengths and barriers from the Sphere do an Engagemtent plan to help you stay focused on your goals of becoming a health professional. The Engagment Plan can be accesed through your sphere account.

Step 3: Once you have taken the Spheres Survey then you can log back in by clicking the picture on the right again.

 

HIPAA Test

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) protects patient health information. This training helps prepare participants how to protect this information.

To take the HIPAA training please follow these steps:

Step 1: Create a folder in your My Documents called HIPPA.

Step 2: Download the on-line presentation and save it to the HIPAA folder you just created.

Step 3: Open the Zip file (hippa.zip) and save the files into the HIPAA folder. To open the zip file you can right click on it and select Open With...Compressed Folders (or Win Zip)

Step 4: Double click on the file called hipaa.exe.

Step 5: Go through the tutorial entering your name and giving yourself a password.

Step 6:Take the HIPAA quiz.Download the HIPAA quiz or find it in the HIPAA folder you created above.
